Escaping Twins
Template:FFII GhostUnnamed in the game, the "Escaping Twins" were two Twin Shrine Maidens of Minakami Village. Hoping to escape the Crimson Sacrifice Ritual, they tried to flee the village through the door in the Kureha Shrine. They were caught and killed, and the Ceremony Master at the time sealed the passageway to prevent other twins from trying to escape.[1] The villagers were told that the twins died in a cave-in, and the passage was sealed out of concern for their safety.[2]
The twins appear in a file photo taken in the Kureha Shrine.
