Pursued by Sae Kurosawa, Mio must retrieve the Camera Obscura from the underground passage. Afterwards she explores the Tachibana House and finds Mayu locked in an upstairs room. As Mio searches for a way to open the door, she finds diaries left by Chitose Tachibana, Itsuki's little sister, and Itsuki's friend Ryozo Munakata. After battling Chitose's ghost several times, Mio obtains the key to the room where Mayu is imprisoned, and the twins are reunited.
