Girl Playing Tag is young girl who was playing tag with Boy Playing Tag 1 and Boy Playing Tag 2 in the Kurosawa House when the Repentance occurred. She was killed by the Darkness and continues to play tag, unaware of her own death. She can be found in the Kurosawa Family Altar Room during Chapter V and the Osaka House during Chapter VIII. There are two singular ghost appearances that appear to be of her; one is a hidden ghost in the Osaka House (Girl in Hiding), and the other is the Grave Girl in Minakami Cemetery.
