Nightmare: Tattoo Priestess (悪夢～刺青の巫女～ Akumu: Irezumi no Miko) by Nori Ochazuke is the first chapter in the Zero Shisei no Koe Comic Anthology.
The narrative roughly follows the events of Fatal Frame III, omitting Miku and Kei's parts of the story and many of the plot details.
Story
Following the death of her fiance, Yuu Asou, in a car crash, Rei Kurosawa begins to have strange dreams about an old manor and a tattooed woman who chases her. In her dreams, Rei is tattooed, little by little, as she follows the shadow of Yuu deeper into the manor. She finds an old camera in Yuu's bedroom, and this accompanies her into the dream, helping her to ward off the spirits that attack her there.
As she tries to battle the tattooed woman, she seems to wake and finds herself on the ground shortly after the car crash. Yuu says he is glad he could save her from the nightmare, but he has been badly injured in the accident and dies. As she screams his name, Rei finds herself once more in the dream manor, with the tattooed woman leaning over her.
