Doll Altar West was one of the four Doll Altars in the Kuze Shrine. At the time of the Unleashing it was occupied by Shigure Kuze.
This altar is underground and can be accessed via two underground passages, one of which leads from the Wooden Figure Room and the other from Hall with Tatami. Instead of a door, it has two ladders.
