How do you obtain it?

Complete the game three times. (Note: While the guidebook lists completing the game three times as the only requirement to unlock this costume, players have reported that the costume will not unlock until the game has been cleared at least once in Nightmare mode.)

Significance

This is Miku's signature costume, designed to look like a school uniform. The contrasting black and white are designed to make her stand out from a shadowy background, while the red necktie is intended to provide a point of colour to draw the eye, and to suggest blood.
