Background Info

The library is above the Blind Room, and provides access to the 3F Flickering Hallway via a ladder at the back. Before the Unleashing, it was used to store ritual texts. The altar at the back of the library is initially blocked off by a chest of drawers, which Kei Amakura can move. It is part of a mechanism which unlocks the door from the Flickering Hallway to the Hanging Prison, and requires the Commandment Tome to work. The inscription on the altar reads: Offer up the Tome of Instruction / Written in the Ink of the Etching of the Soul, though there is an alternative translation in Rei's Notebook.
