Chiaki was a schoolmate of Fuyuhi Himino and Haruka Momose. Under the influence of a Guardian, she convinced her friends Fuyuhi, Haruka, Natsuho and Tsuyuno to commit suicide with her on Mount Hikami. All five walked out into a lake, hand in hand. Chiaki was drowned, along with Natsuho and Tsuyuno, but Fuyuhi and Haruka survived and carried the secret of what had happened between them.

- Chiaki is mentioned in the game when the player uses the Voice Lens on Haruka.
- All five girls have seasonally themed names. Chiaki represents autumn.
