Natsuho was a schoolmate of Fuyuhi Himino and Haruka Momose. Her friend Chiaki, under the influence of the Guardians, convinced Natsuho, along with Fuyuhi and Haruka, and their other friend Tsuyuno, to commit suicide with her on Mount Hikami. All five walked out into a lake, hand in hand. Natsuho was drowned, along with Chiaki and Tsuyuno, but Fuyuhi and Haruka survived and carried the secret of what had happened between them.

- Natsuho and Tsuyuno's names were only mentioned in the guidebook.
- All five girls have seasonally themed names. Natsuho represents summer.
