Shion is a ghost who appears in Fatal Frame V. She is a doll created at the Shrine of Dolls, containing the soul of a dead child. The dolls are used in place of humans in rituals, but sometimes gain sentience. She wears a black and pink kimono with a red obi. She and another doll, Shiranui, appear alongside Shiragiku in battles.

• In the Fourth Drop, if the player checks the broken floor in the Sanctum Hallway West in viewfinder mode, Shion will appear writhing on the ground below.
