Emi Mikomori is a ghost featured in Fatal Frame V. She was one of the shrine maidens who lived on Mount Hikami, guiding those who went there to die and glancing their memories so they could rest in peace. She attempted to perform this duty for Kyozo Kururugi, the man who killed all of the shrine maidens on the mountain, but he escaped, killing her by cutting her mouth before blinding her body with his knife, leaving it to drift in the Pool of Purification.

- Although the spirit list names Emi as the shrine maiden who pursued Kyozo Kururugi after he initially fled, the cutscene showing the chase can be obtained by glancing either Emi or Inori Mikomori.
