Tall Woman is a ghost that appears in Fatal Frame V. She wears a white dress and hat with a smile permanently on her face. It is unknown why she is so tall. She is so strange-looking that she has become an urban legend in the Mount Hikami area.

- Tall Woman appears to have been inspired by Hasshaku-sama, or Miss Eight-Feet-Tall, a Japanese creepypasta creation related on Japanese message-board 2ch in 2008. Hasshaku-sama has been compared to Slender Man, another Internet-spawned urban legend.
