Sachi Iyama is a character mentioned in Fatal Frame V. She was a friend of Miku Hinasaki. When Miku disappeared, Sachi reported her missing, and took in Miku's daughter, Miu. When Miu, too, went missing, she made a phone call to Hisoka Kurosawa, asking that she search for her.
When Miu is recovered in the Sixth Drop, Ren attempts to inform the Iyama family, but there is no answer at their house, and they are not mentioned again.
