Nao Migiwa is a ghost featured in Fatal Frame V. She appears in the form of a female ghost, but is actually an amalgamation of various personalities that have fused together. She draws in those who visit the mountain, searching for more people to share her suffering. She is dressed in a school uniform that resembles the one worn by Fuyuhi and Haruka in the Two Schoolgirls photo.
