Haruka Momose is a character in Fatal Frame V. She is the schoolmate and friend of Fuyuhi Himino. She was a regular at Kurosawa's Antiques and often asked Hisoka to tell her fortune.

Haruka and Fuyuhi were friends ever since childhood. They attended the same kindergarten, and Fuyuhi stayed in Haruka's house while her own was being rebuilt. Both look back on their graduation ceremony as a time when they were truly happy, looking at one another while singing the "Song of Memories".
Before the events of Fatal Frame V, while they were still in high school, Fuyuhi and Haruka went to the mountain with three other girls from their school - Chiaki, Natsuho and Tsuyuno - intending to commit suicide. Chiaki, who led them there, was under the influence of the Guardians, and compelled to recreate their deaths. All five girls walked into the lake to drown themselves, but Fuyuhi and Haruka survived, and Haruka took on the memories of the three who had died. Afterwards, she and Fuyuhi stopped visiting Hisoka, and became even closer to one another, keeping the secret of what had happened and reminiscing endlessly about the past.
Haruka's psychic ability, along with her gentle and impressionable personality, made her vulnerable to being spirited away. One day she saw the sunset over the mountain, just as she had on the day she survived. She took this as a sign to go back to the mountain, die a proper death and return to the water. Since Fuyuhi could not see the sunset, Haruka regretfully decided to go alone. In the Womb Cavern, she was lured into a reliquary. Fuyuhi kept searching for her, and wrote to Hisoka for help, but neither were able to find her.

After Fuyuhi's death, Yuri Kozukata returns to see whether Haruka can still be saved. She finds her in the Womb Cavern beneath the Shrine of Dolls, unconscious inside one of the reliquaries used in the mountain's rituals. Yuri helps her from the shrine, and Haruka expresses regret for going to the mountain alone, and asks to see Fuyuhi.
As they are walking through the forest, Haruka says she can hear the song she and Fuyuhi used to sing together. She runs off, and when Yuri finds her, she is standing in the same spot where Fuyuhi died. At that moment they are attacked by the same ghost that compelled Fuyuhi to kill herself, but Yuri defeats it with the Camera Obscura.
The two return to Kurosawa Antiques, but Haruka still seems distant and distracted. She asks Yuri whether Fuyuhi is there as well, because she can still hear their song. When Yuri checks on her later in the night, she is gone. The CCTV footage shows her wandering from the shop, with the ghostly form of Fuyuhi walking behind her. She returns to the mountain and becomes a pillar.
As a ghost, Haruka's face is hidden by a veil, but she is recognisable by the song she sings. She appears in the Womb Cavern and in Kurosawa Antiques, and lures Rui away to the mountain to become a pillar as well. She leaves a note warning of the end, encouraging everyone to die before it happens.

- In Miu's endings, the shadows of Fuyuhi and Haruka can be seen standing in the Shadowspring, watching the sunset together.
- All five girls have seasonally themed names. 'Haruka' means 'spring river'.
- According to an unused file, Haruka's birthday is the 19th March.
