This is the default costume. Rei wears this outfit in the opening FMV and during most of the gameplay.

Misc. Info

  • Originally Rei's default costume had a skirt, but female staff members suggested pants would look cooler, and eventually the developers settled on pants as a contrast with Miku's outfit.[1] Her top has an open back to show the tattoo as it spreads.[2]
  • This costume reappears as an unlockable costume for Yuri Kozukata in the 2021 remaster of Fatal Frame V.
