Miu is wearing this at the start of the game.
Significance
In colour, this outfit is somewhat reminiscent of Miku's costumes from this and previous games, though the silhouette is different. The skirt is designed to billow when dry and cling when wet, and has a water design printed on it. The black panel on Miu's skirt may be intended to symbolise her closer link to death as a Shadowborn. Like Miku and Mafuyu, Miu wears a plain black choker.
