In her dream, Rei finds herself in the corridor hung with bells where she saw Yuu. Exploring further, she finds a room with an old Projector in it, and then a courtyard with a tree surrounded by red dolls on stakes. Rei follows the spirit of a little girl dressed like a shrine maiden to a door from behind which the sound of the lullaby emanates. Inside are yet more red dolls, pinned to the walls. When Rei tries to leave, the girl attacks with a hammer and stake, trying to impale Rei.
In the real world, Rei goes downstairs and finds Miku humming the same lullaby. When Rei asks her about it, Miku only knows that she heard it in her dreams. In the Doorway, there is another letter from Kei Amakura, this one containing a taped interview with someone else who dreamed of the Manor. He is concerned about his niece Mio, who is sleeping more and more.
