Like many other ghosts that appeared in that game, not much is known about her; it is known, however, that she was not a member of the [[Himuro Family]], but a visitor to the [[Himuro Mansion|mansion]]. Perhaps unusually, she was aware of the rituals being performed at the mansion.<br><br>

}}[[Broken Neck]] is a ghost that appears in [[Fatal Frame]]. She was present at [[Himuro Mansion]] during the [[Calamity]], and threw herself from the Moon Observatory. Her suffering continues after death, and she haunts the mansion.


On the day of [[Kirie Himuro|Kirie's]] [[Strangling Ritual|ritual]], Broken Neck was visiting the mansion as a guest. It's not known whether she was one of the people that witnessed the failure of the ritual at the [[Hell Gate]] or not, though it is likely that she was on the second floor at the time of the ritual, as that is where she was before she died.<br><br>
[[Miku Hinasaki]] first encounters Broken Neck when she walks out of the [[Doll Room]] for the first time. She appears as a vanishing ghost known as ''WomanWhoJumps'', and then becomes a hostile ghost.
 
Broken Neck knew of the ritual's failure, and that the [[Malice]] was spreading throughout the mansion; she may have even witnessed [[Lord Himuro|Lord Himuro's]] killing spree. What is known is that she became so frightened by Lord Himuro that she jumped off of the Moon Observatory, above the [[Cherry Atrium]], to her death. She appears to have landed on her face, as her head is hanging over her back. She was one of the few people not killed by either the [[Calamity]] or Lord Himuro.<br><br>

Broken Neck is a ghost that appears in Fatal Frame. She was present at Himuro Mansion during the Calamity, and threw herself from the Moon Observatory. Her suffering continues after death, and she haunts the mansion.
